1. Copyright rules for PodBright users

PodBright is operated by EVEREST LINKS (PTE.) LTD., UEN 200901603G, at 18 Sin Ming Ln, #07-27 Midview City, Singapore 573960 ("Everest Links", "we", "us", or "our"). PodBright converts user-submitted emails, newsletters, web articles, and supported PDFs into private audio episodes.

You may submit content only if you have the right to access it and have it processed for personal listening. Do not submit, share, or republish material that infringes copyright or other rights. Private RSS feeds and generated audio must not be shared unless you have all required rights.

2. Copyright notices

If you believe material available on or through PodBright infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent below. A notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the owner of an exclusive right.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed or, for multiple works at one site, a representative list.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it. Please include relevant URLs, episode identifiers, account information, or other precise location details.
• Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

3. Designated agent

The address, phone number, email, agent name, and organization above must exactly match the active designation in the U.S. Copyright Office's online directory.

4. Our response

We may forward a notice to the affected user, remove or disable access to material, preserve information as required, and take other steps we reasonably believe are appropriate. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice may create liability under U.S. law. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.

5. Counter-notices

If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this happened because of mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a written counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal or disablement.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Everest Links may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless the complainant notifies us of a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. Other intellectual-property complaints

For trademark or other intellectual-property concerns that are not DMCA notices, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand and investigate the concern.
