How PodBright Works
PodBright is a personal accessibility tool. Users submit their own content — emails, newsletters, and documents they are authorized to access — for personal text-to-speech conversion. Each user's podcast feed is private and token-protected. We do not host or distribute public content, and we do not screen submitted content in advance.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe content processed through PodBright infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@podbright.ai. Your notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the specific infringing content and enough information for us to locate it (episode title, date, or user feed details)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@podbright.ai. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.
Repeat Infringers
PodBright will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 3 business days and to remove or disable access to infringing content promptly upon verification.
