Episodes take 1–3 minutes to process after you forward an email. If it still hasn't appeared after 5 minutes, pull-to-refresh in your podcast app — most apps don't poll continuously. In Apple Podcasts, tap your feed → pull down to refresh.

Check that you forwarded to the exact address shown on your dashboard — it includes your personal inbox token. Also check that the email had readable text content (not just images). If the email was heavily image-based, the parser may not have found enough text to generate an episode.

Copy the full URL from your dashboard — it should start with https://. In Apple Podcasts: Library tab → search icon (top right) → 'Add a Podcast by URL' → paste. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the URL.

Attach the PDF directly to an email sent to your PodBright address (don't paste text from it). PDFs must be text-based — scanned image PDFs and encrypted PDFs cannot be processed. The maximum content size is 120,000 characters.

This usually means the content was too short, the PDF was encrypted, or the file exceeded the size limit. Delete the episode from your dashboard and try again. If it keeps failing, email us with the subject line of the episode.

Go to Gmail Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter. In the 'From' field enter the newsletter sender's email, click 'Create filter', check 'Forward it to', and enter your PodBright address. Click 'Create filter' to save. Every future email from that sender will forward automatically.

Yes — go to Settings in your dashboard. Changes apply to all new episodes going forward. Existing episodes are not re-generated.

Pocket Casts: + button → Subscribe → paste URL. Overcast: Add URL → paste. AntennaPod (Android): Add Podcast → Add via URL. Castro: Discover tab → search icon → Add URL. Any app that supports 'add by RSS URL' will work.
